Welcome to RT Zone. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our e-commerce platform, located at 113, 2nd Floor Arambagh, Motijheel Dhaka, Bangladesh. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person logged on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Bangladesh. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

RT Zone offers fashion products including but not limited to:

We make every reasonable effort to ensure product quality, accurate descriptions, and proper packaging before shipment.

However, slight variations in color, design, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or display differences.

3. Payment Methods

RT Zone currently supports the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Online Mobile Financial Services (MFS) Payment

Online Payment Gateway services are currently under process and will be available soon.

4. Order Confirmation

Orders placed through our website, social media platforms, or direct communication will be considered confirmed only after verification by RT Zone.

RT Zone reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary due to stock availability, delivery issues, or suspicious activity.

5. Advance Delivery Charge for Selected Orders

Customers who have a previous poor delivery record, including repeated order cancellations or refusal of delivery, may be required to pay an advance delivery charge before order confirmation.

This requirement will be communicated to the customer via phone call.
The order will be confirmed only after the advance delivery charge is received.

This policy helps prevent fraudulent or non-serious orders and ensures efficient delivery operations.

6. Delivery Policy

All orders are delivered through third-party courier or delivery partners.

Estimated delivery time:

Dhaka Metro Area: 2 working days
Outside Dhaka / Other locations in Bangladesh: 2–3 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service operations, location, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Product Checking at Delivery

Customers are allowed to check the product at the time of delivery before accepting the parcel.

If the product size is incorrect, the customer may return the item to the delivery agent immediately by paying the applicable delivery charge.

Once the product has been accepted and the delivery completed, the order will be considered successfully fulfilled.

8. Replacement Policy

RT Zone does not provide replacement / exchange after the delivery is completed.

If a wrong size is ordered and delivered, the product must be returned immediately to the delivery person at the time of delivery along with the delivery charge.

Requests made after accepting the delivery will not qualify for replacement.

9. Refund Policy

After a product has been received and accepted by the customer, no refund will be applicable.

However, refunds may apply in the following situations:

9.1 Advance Payment Orders – Product Issue

If an order was placed with advance payment and the delivered product has a valid issue or defect, RT Zone will process a full refund within 72 hours after verification.

9.2 Advance Payment Orders – Customer Refusal

If the product has no defect or issue, but the customer chooses not to receive the order, then:

Delivery charge and return charge will be deducted
The remaining amount will be refunded within 72 hours

10. Damaged Product Policy

If a product is damaged during transit, RT Zone will bear the responsibility.

However:

The customer must inform RT Zone immediately at the time of delivery.
If the issue is reported after the product has been received, the claim will not be accepted.

This is because courier companies do not accept damage claims after successful delivery confirmation.

11. Customer Data Privacy

RT Zone respects and protects customer privacy.

Customer information is stored securely and confidentially.
We do not sell, share, or disclose customer data to third parties.

Customer information may only be shared with courier partners for delivery purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

RT Zone shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by courier service disruptions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
