This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from RT Zone through our website, social media platforms, or direct sales channels.

1. Order Inspection at Delivery

Customers are allowed to check the product at the time of delivery before accepting the order.

If any issue is found during delivery, the customer must immediately inform the delivery agent or RT Zone.

2. Wrong Size Policy

RT Zone does not offer replacement after delivery is completed.

If the wrong size is delivered, the customer must return the item immediately to the delivery agent at the time of delivery by paying the applicable delivery charge.

Once the delivery is completed, the order will be considered accepted and final.

3. Refund Policy After Delivery

After a customer receives and accepts the product, no refund will be applicable.

Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect the product before accepting the delivery.

4. Advance Payment Orders

If a customer places an order with advance payment, the following rules apply:

Product Issue

If the delivered product has a valid defect or issue, RT Zone will issue a full refund within 72 hours after verification.

Customer Refusal Without Issue

If the product has no defect or issue, but the customer chooses not to receive the order:

  • Delivery charge and return charge will be deducted
  • The remaining amount will be refunded within 72 hours

5. Damaged Product During Transit

If a product is damaged during transit, RT Zone will take responsibility.

However:

  • The damage must be reported at the time of delivery.
  • Claims reported after the product has been received will not be accepted.

This is because courier companies do not accept damage claims after successful delivery confirmation.

6. Non-Serious or High-Risk Orders

Customers who previously refused deliveries or cancelled orders repeatedly may be required to pay advance delivery charges before order confirmation.

This policy helps prevent fake or non-serious orders.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 72 hours through the same payment method used during purchase whenever possible.

8. Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
